We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to lead the design, planning, and execution of complex architectural projects. In this role, you will be responsible for developing innovative and sustainable architectural solutions that align with client requirements, budget, and regulations. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring that projects are delivered to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the conceptualization, design, and development of architectural projects.
- Oversee project teams and collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and sustainability practices.
- Conduct site visits, evaluate progress, and provide expert solutions to arising challenges.
- Mentor and guide junior architects, ensuring professional development and project efficiency.
- Review and approve technical drawings, blueprints, and plans.
- Manage client relationships and present design concepts and project updates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- 8+ years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- Professional architect license or certification (e.g., RIBA, AIA, or equivalent).
- Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, technologies, and sustainability practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
