1. PAYMENT METHODS

Accepted Methods: Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, mobile payment apps (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay), or through a dedicated EV charging app.

Subscription Plans: Customers may also choose from various subscription plans that offer monthly billing options.

2. PRICING STRUCTURE

Per kWh Rates: Customers will be charged based on the amount of electricity consumed during the charging session, measured in kilowatt-hours (kWh).

Session Fees: A fixed fee may apply per charging session in addition to the kWh rate.

Time-based Rates: Alternative pricing structures that charge based on the duration of the charging session may also be offered.

3. BILLING CYCLE

Monthly Billing: For subscription-based services, billing occurs on a monthly basis, with charges automatically debited on the same day each month.

On-Demand Billing: For pay-as-you-go customers, charges will occur immediately upon completion of the charging session.

4. LATE PAYMENTS

Grace Period: A grace period of 10 days will be provided for late payments.

Late Fees: A late fee of [X]% of the total outstanding

Resolution Process: A review process will be initiated, and appropriate adjustments will be made if the dispute is validated.

7. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

Access: Charging services will be available 24/7, subject to station maintenance and outages.

Pricing Updates: Prices may be subject to change with prior notification to customers.

8. PRIVACY AND SECURITY

Data Protection: Customer payment information will be securely stored and handled in compliance with relevant privacy regulations.

Usage Tracking:Customers will have access to their charging history and billing information through their account.

9. MISCELLANEOUS

Governing Law: These payment terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these payment terms at any time, with notice provided to customers.
